1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has been significantly damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Natural variations in shape, size, color, texture, or markings of Narmadeshwar Shivlings.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Customized or specially ordered products.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/incorrect product.
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement if:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error or damage during transit, we will guide you through the return process and, where applicable, arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any approved refund after dispatch will be handled according to this policy.
